Instarate is a reviews platform for Instagram accounts — individuals who offer various services. Our Platform provides:

Instagram account profiles grouped by location and specialty
AI-generated summaries of account reviews
User reviews and ratings
Service previews with prices and durations

Important: Instarate is a platform only. We do not provide these services ourselves, nor do we employ or control the account owners.

3. User Accounts

Registration:

You must provide accurate information (email address, Instagram username)
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform

Account Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Post abusive, fake, or misleading reviews
Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

4. User Reviews and Feedback

Posting Reviews:

You may post reviews for Instagram accounts whose services you have used
Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on your actual experience
Reviews must not contain abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
Reviews must not contain spam or promotional content

Content Ownership:

By posting a review on Instarate, you grant us full ownership of the content. We may:

Display your review on account profiles
Use reviews to generate AI summaries
Use reviews for marketing and promotional purposes
Keep reviews on the Platform even if you delete your account

Review Moderation:

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines
We may remove fake, abusive, or fraudulent reviews
Account owners may dispute reviews they believe are false or unfair
We will investigate disputed reviews and make a final decision

Username Display:

Your Instagram username may be displayed publicly with your reviews.

5. Account Owner Services

Account Profiles:

Account owners manage their own service information (prices, schedules, descriptions)
Account owners are independent individuals, not employees of Instarate
We do not verify account owners' qualifications, licenses, or business registration

Disclaimer:

Instarate is not responsible for:

The quality, safety, or legality of the services offered
The accuracy of information provided by account owners
Disputes between users and account owners
Injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the services you arrange
Account owner availability or service delivery

You use these services at your own risk.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payment:

All payments are made directly to the account owner
Instarate does not process, hold, or receive any payments
We do not charge commission or fees (at this time)

Refunds:

Refund policies are determined by individual account owners
Disputes about refunds must be resolved directly with the account owner
Instarate is not responsible for processing or guaranteeing refunds

7. Intellectual Property

Platform Content:

The Instarate website, design, and functionality are owned by Instarate
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our Platform content without permission
